Elijah Carr Photography is Becoming Lux Coast Media!
After 7 years, I realized it was time to make some upgrades.
I started back in 2016 only offering interior/exterior photos. Since then, not only has the quality of my work increased year over year, but I’ve expanded to offering aerial photos & videos, video walkthrough tours, Matterport virtual tours, Zillow interactive tours, virtual staging, floor plans, property maps, enhanced editing, and more!
Of course, you can expect all that to stay the same but let’s go over what is changing:
Name: While I am a fan of my name, I believe if you want a business to grow to be bigger than you, it needs its own identity. I also felt that photography was a limiting title as I offer so much more than when I first started serving the Treasure Coast all those years ago! Thus, Lux Coast Media was born,
Pricing: In the past, I made a habit of raising my prices around 15% every 1-1.5 years. But I managed to keep them the same for the past 4 years. Unfortunately due to the rising cost of living and the uncertainty of the housing market over the past few years, I will be raising my prices for my photo & video work by about 15-20% on average.
Scheduling: I have switched to an all-in-one platform for scheduling appointments, taking payments, and delivering your content. You can log in, request an appointment, and receive a confirmation even when I’m busy shooting! You’ll also be able to view, pay for, and download the content directly from that same portal!
Freebies: From that same scheduling platform you will also get two new free services.
1.) A free property website with every listing. It’s a great way to share all your content and information about the listing anywhere on the web. Best of all, any leads that want to reach out, can either message you directly or reach you via the contact info that’s linked to each of your listings’ sites!
2.) Free marketing materials! You can design flyers, postcards, social media, and even digital ad posts from that same portal! Each comes with a few premade templates that automatically import all the delivered content for the listing. You will be able to simply drag and drop your way into even more content to help get the word out about your listings!
